Francisca Lamini is a past student of Keta Senior High School (KETASCO). She became a national heroine after her outstanding performance at the National Science and Maths Quiz 2021.
She was the only female contestant in the final stage of the competition and according to records, Francisca Lamini is the only female to make it to the NMSQ finals in the last 8 years. She represented her school with Bright Senyo Gadzo and James Lutterodt as they battled against Prempeh College and PRESEC, Legon.
Despite fighting hard enough, her school placed third — with Prempeh College coming first and PRESEC second.
She scored 8A’s when she sat for the Nov/Dec WASSCE while in second year. In 2022, Francisca
Lamini gained admission at The Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.
